ZCC Seeks Input on Module II & Commercial Corridor Overlay as part of New Zoning Code
The Zoning Code Commission is seeking feedback on Module II of the City’s draft proposed new zoning code, dealing with Zoning Districts and Uses. Module II includes the proposed unified zoning overlay for neighborhood commercial corridors, which PACDC hosted a meeting on in March between Zoning Commission representatives and CDCs and intermediaries engaged in commercial corridor work to provide input on.

The Zoning Code Commission will hold its final meeting on Module II on June 9th at 1515 Arch Street, 18th floor. Module III is scheduled to be released July 14th.
