WorkReady Philadelphia School Year Internship Program
Do you need an intern? If so, please contact Farrah Farnese at ffarnese@pyninc.org /267-502-3702 to find out how you can provide a young person with a WorkReady internship. WorkReady Internships provide Philadelphia high school students with paid workplace experiences at area businesses during the school year. These internships give young people a taste of the working world, exposure to career opportunities, and an understanding of how school is connected to economic success. The upcoming program will run for 24 weeks beginning November 21st through May 18th and we are looking for employers to provide internship experiences for at least 10 hours per week during the school year.
Program details can be found here.
The deadline for registration is November 1st, 2011. Please visit http://www.pyninc.org/programs/request.php to register your company/organization for the program
