Presentations and Resources Now Available Online from Solutions for Sustainable Communities 2011 Learning Conference
We Connected. We Collaborated. We Created Solutions.
In D.C. on September 26-28, 2011, over 400 participants and more than 140 speakers joined us for Solutions for Sustainable Communities: 2011 Learning Conference on State and Local Housing Policy. Thanks to our participants and speakers for helping to make this event a huge success.
At our 2011 learning conference, practitioners and policymakers shared the best available information on how states and localities are working collaboratively and creatively across different policy silos to develop more sustainable and inclusive communities while reducing overall government costs.
Participants in the housing, transportation, environmental, planning and government fields gathered to learn how they can work with their colleagues to achieve the common goal of building the compact, sustainable, equitable communities of the future, giving residents of all income levels access to job centers, schools and other amenities.
