Philadelphia OHCD Soliciting Proposals for Mixed-Use Development Program
The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) and the Department of Commerce are soliciting proposals for its Mixed-Use Development Program. The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to create economic and affordable housing opportunities by eliminating blight and strengthening Philadelphia’s neighborhood commercial areas. A total of up to $1 million in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds have been made available in Fiscal Year 2012 to support the rehabilitation of mixed-use properties on or adjacent to commercial corridors.
Deadline:Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, by 4:00 pm
