PACDC’s activities have culminated in more than $140 million in new resources for affordable housing and neighborhood economic development efforts.
PHFA Announces 2011 Multi-Family Housing Funding Awards
PHFA has announced its 2011 Multi-Family housing funding awards. PHFA funded 33 developments state-wide with 8 located in Philadelphia. PACDC congratualtes the following members selected for funding:
- Women's Community Revitalization Project: Villanueva Townhouse Preservation Development, 77 Units
- Asociacion Puertorriquenos en Marcha, Inc.: 9th and Berk Streets TOD, 53 Units
- Nicetown Community Development Corp.: Nicetown Court II, 50 Units
