Membership Categories

PACDC has two membership categories.

CDC Member

A nonprofit organization meets the following criteria:

1. Located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania
2. Eligible for Exemption under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code
3. Have a purpose or mission that includes community development
4. Be actively engaged in developing or facilitating housing or economic development projects

Annual dues structure (based on the calendar year)

• $100 for operating budgets under $100,000
• $250 for operating budgets between $100,000-$199,999
• $500 for operating budgets between $200,000-$349,999
• $750 for operating budgets between $350,000-$499,999
• $1,200 for operating budgets between $500,000-$1,000,000
• $1,500 for operating budgets over $1,000,000

Any organization or individual that is not a CDC located in Philadelphia and supports the mission and activities of PACDC. Associate Members may attend and participate in PACDC meetings but do not have voting priveleges unless they have been elected to the Board of Directors of PACDC.

Annual dues structure (based on the calendar year)

• $100 for nonprofit organizations with operating budgets under $100,000
• $250 for all other Associate Members
• $1,000- $25,000 for Supporting Associate Members
