The Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) is hosting Chinese New Year 2010: Year of the Tiger on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 6:00pm. The event will be held at the Ocean City Restaurent at 234 N. 9th Street in Chinatown, Philadelphia. There will be a cash bar and dinner preceding the program.
