A Strong City
To have a strong future, Philadelphia must have strong neighborhoods. PACDC and our members engage in work that is vital to that core strength: increased housing and economic opportunities, and programs and services that sustain families and good jobs.
A Strong Voice in Policy
We represent neighborhoods in the government and business forums where decisions affecting neighborhoods are made. We serve as a unifying and compelling voice that gives our members a place at the table.
Strong CDCs
Through professional development, funding and networking opportunities, we strengthen CDCs.
