Mt. Airy USA introduces a new couseling workshop series to help homeowners avoid predatory lending and other financial scams and learn how to avoid foreclosure. This free workshop will help prospective homeowners looking to borrow and current homeowners who may be facing foreclosure.

Attend this free workshop to learn how to:

·         Avoid unscrupulous lenders
·        Turn down aggressive sales tactics
·        Spot red flags before signing on the dotted line
·        Avoid bogus counseling assistance
·        Find experienced Housing Counselors to help you
