The Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations (PACDC) has become the depository for information on Community Based Organizations in Philadelphia compiling data and information for neighborhood groups about their communities. We have assembled a series of datasets and utilities to help neighborhood-based groups develop socio-economic and demographic profiles of their communities in order to develop effective strategic plans for improving the quality of life for residents of their communities.
