City’s New Lobbying Regulations Effective January 3rd

The City’s Board of Ethics has issued an advisory indicating that the City’s new lobbying regulations, which were amended in September, will be in effect as of January 3, 2012, with the first reports due April 30, 2012.  Given amendments approved by City Council in October, further changes to the regulations are possible.  For more information, visit the Board of Ethics web site at:  www.phila.gov/ethicsboard.
