PACDC has two membership categories:
Member: In order to qualify as a full member, an organization must meet the following criteria:
- Be a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
- Have a purpose or mission that is community development.
- Serve a specific geographic area or special population.
- Have a governance structure that reflects the constituency being served.
- Have current audited financial statements.
- Be actively engaged in implementing community-based development programs, meaning that the organization has completed one or more housing or economic development projects within the last three years, has one or more such projects in the pipeline, and has the staff capacity to complete such projects.
Members may attend and participate in PACDC meetings, and are entitled to one vote on matters before the membership.
Associate Member: A non-profit organization not fitting the above definition; any financial institution, for-profit corporation, or subsidiary thereof; any public agency; or any other organization or individual supporting the mission and activities of PACDC. Associate Members may attend and participate in PACDC meetings, but do not have voting privileges unless they have been elected to the Board of Directors of PACDC.
Annual Dues Structure (based on the calendar year)
Members:
- $100 for operating budgets under $100,000
- $250 for operating budgets between $100,000-$199,999
- $500 for operating budgets between $200,000-$349,999
- $750 for operating budgets between $350,000-$499,999
- $1,200 for operating budgets between $500,000-$1,000,000
- $1,500 for operating budgets over $1,000,000
Associate Members:
- $100 for non-profit organizations with operating budgets under $100,000
- $250 for all other Associate Members
- $1,000-$25,000 for Supporting Associate Members
