Mr. Hudson is Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. He began his career at PHFA in 1975, rising to Chief Financial Officer prior to assuming his current position in 2003. His major responsibilities involve developing and implementing the organization’s program initiatives as well as providing guidance for the Agency’s relationships with the Board of Directors, the Administration, the State Legislature and Congress, business and advocacy partners, the financial community, and the general public. Mr. Hudson is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Hudson serves on the boards of the National Council of State Housing Agencies, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and the Commonwealth Cornerstone Group.
